These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, social media pages, and in-person services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing from or interacting with T’s-Sweetz, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Overview

T’s-Sweetz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a bakery offering handcrafted cookies, treats, and custom baked goods. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our official channels — our website, approved marketplaces, or in-person locations.

  • Payments are accepted through secure gateways (e.g., credit/debit, Cash App, PayPal, etc.).

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom and bulk orders require advance notice (typically 3–7 days).

  • Once a custom order is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • We strive to match requested colors, decorations, and flavors as closely as possible, but small variations may occur since every treat is handmade.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local delivery and pickup options are available in select areas.

  • Shipping is available for certain items that travel well; perishable products are shipped at the customer’s risk.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final unless an error was made by T’s-Sweetz.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order number for resolution.

  • Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

  • We bake in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

  • Although we take food safety seriously, cross-contamination may occur.

  • Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering to confirm ingredient details.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards, coupons, and promotional codes are redeemable only through approved channels and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • T’s-Sweetz reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social pages — including logos, images, product designs, and slogans (“Bite Into Joy,” “Bake It Till You Make It,” etc.) — are property of T’s-Sweetz and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

T’s-Sweetz will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services, including allergic reactions or delivery delays beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
