At T’s-Sweetz, every order is baked with love in Akron, Ohio and shipped fresh straight to your door. Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.

 

🧁 Processing Time

  • All orders are baked fresh to order.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • During busy seasons (holidays, special events, or sales), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

  • We do not bake or ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Live Rates

We currently ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS from Akron, Ohio.

At checkout, your shipping cost is calculated using live carrier rates, based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Package weight/size

  • The service level you choose

Common options you may see at checkout include:

  • Standard Shipping – usually 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – usually 1–3 business days

  • Overnight / Express – where available (rates vary by location)

You’ll be able to choose the option that works best for your budget and timeline.

 

🥵 Warm Weather, Freshness & Meltable Items

Our treats are perishable and made fresh.

  • During warm weather months, we may use extra packaging (insulation, cold packs) as needed.

  • For hotter states or summertime, we strongly recommend choosing expedited or faster shipping to help keep your cookies fresh.

  • T’s-Sweetz is not responsible for melting due to high temperatures if standard shipping is chosen.

 

📍 Local Pickup (Akron, Ohio)

If you’re local to Akron, Ohio, we may offer:

  • Free local pickup on select days

Details (pickup window, address, and instructions) will be provided in your order confirmation or follow-up email if local pickup is selected (when available).

 

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.

 

🚫 Incorrect Addresses, Delays & Lost Packages

We do our best to get your sweets to you quickly and safely, but some things are outside our control.

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • T’s-Sweetz is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

    • Weather-related delays

    • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

    • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

If there is an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.

 

🧁 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at [your email here] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the box, the shipping label, and the damaged items

We’ll review your request and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement or store credit.

 

🌎 Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
